Marcus Mariota returned to the practice field Wednesday and participated in individual drills for the first time since injuring his left knee in a loss to the Dolphins on October 18. “Hopefully I can. We’re going to monitor the progress throughout the week”.

Mariota’s status for Sunday’s game against the Texans is uncertain and the team plans on taking his recovery day-by-day.

The Texans will try to bounce back from the disappointing loss on their home field this week versus the weakened Titans and it looks like O’Brien’s boys will prevail. “Last year, he was a little more statuesque than that”.
