Man fined $136 for cheating carpool lane, using zombie baby as passenger
Highway patrol officers have pulled over HOV lane violators with peculiar choices for passengers: a mannequin, a cutout of Dos Equis’ World’s Most Interesting Man, a stuffed animal, paperwork.

State police tweeted a photo of a man who was traveling alone in the HOV lane of Interstate 5 near Tacoma with a baby doll dressed as a zombie!
The trooper found the male driver, who had the doll buckled up in the passenger seat in the auto, violating the rule requiring two or more people per vehicle in carpool lanes.
If Caitlyn Jenner and Rosie O’Donnell (perish the thought) had a baby it would look like this zombie baby. But that didn’t prevent the driver from getting a ticket for driving in an HOV lane with only one person in the auto.
‘At least he’s in the [Halloween] spirit.

The doll was complete with a beanie, pajamas and an undead face that would scare anyone, KREM reports.
