Man arrested again for trying to sing Justin Bieber songs
A man was taken into custody – not once, but twice – after attempting to sing Justin Bieber songs at two locations in West Virginia Tuesday, reports CBS affiliate WOWK-TV. He wandered into the office, interrupted the morning announcements and asks to get on the intercom to sing Justin Bieber to the students.

It appears that the would-be singer was not Justin Bieber. First he hit up a middle school (where kids love Bieber), and then, after being arrested, he dipped from the hospital he was at and hit up a day care.
Officers say Dloantie Lewis walked into Dunbar Middle School – demanding to sing over the intercom.
The school was put on lockdown for 30-40 minutes as a precaution, as cops took Lewis to Thomas Memorial Hospital for evaluation.
Police later identified the man as Dlaonte Dee Lewis and charged him with simple possession for marijuana.
Psychologist Dr. David Clayman said the signs are clear; from the blonde wig, to claims that he was a vampire and Jesus, to the singing that Lewis has a mental disorder. He was later readmitted to the same hospital.
Hours after being released, he was arrested for allegedly trying to gain access to a South Charleston church daycare to sing more Bieber.

A criminal complaint filed in Kanawha County Magistrate Court said Lewis was asked to leave the property multiple times by daycare employees.
