Island is claiming in U.S. federal documents that the Jenners and PacSun stole their phrase: “Quit your job”. Fall in love. Never return”, after Kendall and Kylie designed a top with a similar line that says, “Run away. They are breaking out of the Kardashians’ shadow, but can they eclipse Kim? “Fall in love. Never return”, according to Page Six.

But on Wednesday morning Kylie Jenner opted for comfort over style as she arrived at LAX airport for a flight out of town with boyfriend Tyga.

The phrase has been trademarked since 2005 by the Island Company and is best known for clothing staples of Johnny Depp, Cameron Diaz and Brad Pitt, reported on Daily Mail. Furthermore, the case where PacSun and the Jenners “will continue to make substantial profits and/or gains to which they are not entitled” is something that they hope to prevent.
