Russian Jets Strike Syrian Targets Near Israel Border
The monitoring group said that 13 people including medical staff were killed in Russian air strikes on October 20 against a field hospital in the northwestern province of Idlib that was run by the Syrian-American Medical Society.

Last Thursday, Russian Federation called reports of the strike on a clinic ‘fake, ‘ attacking the British-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights for reporting the information.
The monitor says the other third, 185 people, including 48 children, were civilians.
Russia’s aerospace forces launched pinpoint strikes against the Islamic State targets in Syria on September 30.
Russia’s air campaign has given new momentum to Syria’s ground forces, who have launched offensives in several provinces with air cover from Moscow.
The White Helmets have been seen playing somewhat fast and loose with evidence since Russian Federation joined the war, though Doctors Without Borders (MSF) did say that 12 hospitals across Syria have been hit in recent weeks.
The area targeted is controlled by an array of opposition groups including moderate and Islamist rebels and the Al-Qaeda affiliate Al-Nusra Front.
But the offensives have had mixed results.
And in southern Aleppo, government forces have taken a few six villages as well as hilltops from rebel forces, according to the Observatory.
Russian Federation has carried out strikes throughout Syria, with only four of the country’s 14 provinces untouched by the aerial campaign since it began, according to the group.
As US-led coalition forces have slowed down in their air strikes in Syria, the Obama administration is considering moving United States troops closer to the front lines in Syria and Iraq, reported The Washington Post on Monday.
While the recommendations would put a USA troops on the ground in Syria for the first time since the beginning of the US-led coalition against IS previous year, the United States has already carried out raids in Syria with small Special Operations teams several times.

The monitor said earlier this week that US-led raids had killed 3,276 ISIL fighters, 147 members of opposition fighters and 226 civilians.
