The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reports that the Russian strikes have killed 185 civilians – as well as 410 fighters from various insurgent groups.

According to the MSF, one of its hospitals in northern Yemen had been struck by missiles from coalition jets late Monday.

“What we demand is that the coalition recognises that this bombing took place, explains what happened, and commits to helping with the deployment of humanitarian assistance”, she said.
“The hospital was hit by coalition air strikes, for us that is without a shadow of a doubt”, said Isabelle Defourny, head of operations for the medical charity, known by its French acronym MSF, at a press conference in Paris. “Since the beginning of the last conflict, only coalition forces planes are capable to organise strikes and military strikes in the country”.
“We have other operational information that leads us to believe that Russian targeting has not only not been focused on ISIL (the Islamic State group), but has in fact, caused collateral damage and a few civilian casualties to include a few civil infrastructure”, Kirby said.
Fighting between rebels and forces loyal to President Bashar al-Assad has intensified since Russian Federation intervened in the war on the side of the government with an air campaign that began on September 30.

Syrian families were seen emerging from the rubble of destroyed houses and fleeing through the streets as strikes continued to pound northwestern and southwestern Syria on Thursday.
