Mashable reports Kim Juzdowksi, who teaches language arts at El Paso’s Captain John L. Chapin High School, recently noticed a male student displayed particularly lazy and inattentive behavior in class. The student posted a photo of the penis drawing online, noting that his teacher had drawn it across his homework as a way to embarrass him for not doing work in class. When the mother approached the teacher about the incident, she says Juzdowski admitted to the drawing and apologized.

The student’s mother saw the paper and demanded that Juzdowski be fired. “(Juzdowski) understands that the drawing was in bad taste and that it was inappropriate for the type of relationship a teacher should have with a student”, he said.
You’d imagine that the incident is a sacking offence, nope, Juzdowski is keeping her job and the district are looking at a request from the kid’s son for a transfer.
“Their reasoning was that she admitted it”, Green told KVIA.
“I’m an educator myself so I was like, there’s no way the teacher really did this”, Sandra Green told KDIV. “But because it’s the other way around I think they’re letting the light side go on it. And I just want him out of the environment”.
She emailed the teacher.
Speaking to local news station ABC7, she said: “I didn’t want to believe it”. “Had she denied it she would have been removed from the school immediately”.
According to Green and the school district, it happened. “Her actions are not in accordance to our Employee Handbook”, he said via email.
“She admitted to embarrassing the children rather than punishing them”, Green explained.
Mrs Juzdowski has multiple comments listed under her name on the website Rate My Teacher, majority extremely positive, commenting on how down-to-earth she is. Meanwhile, the district will try to accommodate Green’s request to have her son transferred, he added.

Green also wants her son be able to change schools, with transportation provided.
