The past 24 hours has definitely not been as Wonderful as Mr Action Bronson would have preferred. Bronson was hospitalized while on location in Alaska filming his series for Vice, F**k That’s Delicious.

It’s unclear why exactly the surgery was needed, but according to TMZ, a rep for the rapper has revealed that Bronson is “good” following his surgery. A few news outlets are reporting that the 31-year-old rapper was suffering from food poisoning after eating Beluga whale blubber and raw caribou meat.
A spokesperson for Bronson told music site Pitchfork that Bronson was “doing great” Wednesday afternoon and the surgery was due to “complications from ongoing hernia issues from Bronson’s powerlifting days”. Bronson posted a photo of him recovering from the undisclosed surgery. The Vice/Warner Bros. Records artist is the latest Hip-Hop personality to suffer a public health concern. Action tweeted similarly earlier today, so it looks like he’s on the mend.
