Boy George claims he’s slept with Prince
The insider also said when production went onstage to talk to Boy George after his confession, he backtracked.

“Forget that, darling”, Boy George said, “I’ve slept with Prince”.
The pair were filming the audition stage for the upcoming series this week, before a live audience – when their on-stage banter began.
Sitting on his red throne alongside Will.i.am, Kaiser Chief’s frontman Ricky Wilson and singer Paloma Faith, a discussion ignited between the foursome about who they had collaborated with.
Attempting to outshine her colleague, Paloma said: ‘Well OK, if we’re throwing big soul names out there I’ve performed with Prince’.
Talking to Paloma about past musical collaborations, Boy George sent the crowd “wild” and even brought filming to a halt, before “backtracking” his statement after producers had a word.
“We just couldn’t believe what he had come out with – and the guys in the gallery were beside themselves”, the source continued.
Boy George stunned fans and his fellow judges on United Kingdom talent show The Voice recently when he boasted about sleeping with Prince.
But after things had died down, George reportedly said he hadn’t really slept with the American singer-songwriter – and just had his poster on his wall.
The source remarked that this didn’t stop the crowd from taking it as proof though, as they declared, “But as far as the crowd were concerned the cat was already out of the bag”.
But it wasn’t all plain-sailing as Tom, 72, hit out at BBC bosses at the time for the way in which he was ditched “without consultation”.

It remains to be seen how the BBC’s legal department and The Voice UK’s editing team handle Boy George’s comments, though.
