Forensic psychologist Dr. N.G. Berrill said there are certain behaviors seen in Fogle’s remarks that parents should watch out for.

Now, however, any doubt of Fogle’s guilt appears to have evaporated.

In the recordings, Fogle can be heard coaching Herman-Walrond on how to gain children’s trust, and suggesting that she wear a provocative swimsuit.
The daytime talk show “Dr. Phil” obtained the recordings and aired them on Thursday. I like all of them.
Fogle is facing five to 12 and a half years in prison and up to a $500,000 fine.
Herman-Walrond said she first met Fogle when he was a guest on her Florida radio show. During that appearance, he shocked her by saying middle school girls were “hot”.
The interview was intense for Herman-Walrond, who broke down in tears as she described the emotional scars from her interactions with Fogle.
Fogle, whose pal and ex-foundation director Russell Taylor pleaded guilty to taping young children inappropriately, also tried to enlist Herman-Walrond into covert filming activities. Herman-Walrond, who characterized Fogle as a “monster”, said her role as “undercover asset” lasted years because authorities said Fogle wasn’t the “main target” of their investigation.

“Both of them do”, Fogle apparently replies. “It would just make things a lot easier – if we’re going to try and get a few young kids with us”.
After Fogle’s arrest, federal prosecutors claimed Fogle first started seeking out underaged minors for sex in 2007, the same year as Herman-Walrond’s recordings.
