Bill Cosby admitted in deposition he obtained Quaaludes to give to women

The woman’s name, which was not revealed, was given Quaaludes from Cosby and they had sex after.

Freedman said the admission will most likely be used against him in all future proceedings. Cosby has never been criminally charged, and most of the accusations are barred by statues of limitations.

The Emmy-winning comedian, who resigned from Temple’s board of trustees in December, has been accused of sexually assaulting dozens of women over the past few decades. Cosby is trying to get their case thrown out before discovery. Also in the deposition, an account by Cosby of a woman he admits to drugging with quaaludes and sleeping with.

Laywers for the actor had fought the release of the documents, arguing that it would be “terribly embarrassing” for him.

“This evidence shows a pattern in which defendant “mentored” naive young women and introduced drugs into the relationship, with and without the woman’s knowledge, in order for him to achieve sexual satisfaction”, Troiani wrote in a motion to compel Cosby to answer deposition questions. What’s more surprising is that the man himself-one who allowed fans, costars, and family members to defend him for so long-had confessed his behavior in his own words.
