A West Virginia man is facing charges of disorderly conduct and trespassing after he allegedly entered two schools intending to sing Justin Bieber songs to the students. Lewis then told staff that he wanted to sing Justin Bieber songs to students over the intercom system.

The man was reportedly handcuffed, for the safety of others, and was taken to a local hospital.

The school was placed into temporary lockdown as a precaution earlier in the day after an unknown man, D’Laonte Dee Lewis, entered the building, police said.

Dunbar police say they arrested Lewis after finding a small amount of marijuana in his possession and took him to a hospital.

Lewis wanted to sing to the children at the Kiddie Kollege Daycare “as Justin Bieber”, and told the workers he was Jesus, according to court documents.

Police responding to the scene removed Lewis, who allegedly yelled, cursed and made vulgar comments as he left the school. Authorities are investigating how he got into the office, but police say it appears someone allowed him access into the building.

A few hours later, at about 2:15 p.m., Lewis was arrested again for pretending to be the “What Do You Mean?” pop star at a daycare about half a mile away from the hospital, according to reports. He was asked to stop several times, but, according to WCHS, he refused.
