Spurs unveil special edition Christmas Day uniforms
For the first time in what feels like a decade, Christmas Day basketball won’t be bogged down by terrible NBA jerseys courtesy of Adidas.

For years, adidas has swung and missed on its Christmas uniforms (remember the sleeves!), but this year, they absolutely knocked it out of the park.
So far on twitter, fans seem to be split on the new design. This new release has more in common with the Grinch’s motivations than Saint Nick’s, but that doesn’t mean we should ignore the aesthetics.
The 2015-16 National Basketball Association season just kicked off, but already the league has the holidays on its mind. This year’s uniforms incorporate primary team colors and cream tones, while player names and numbers are showcased in holiday-style script and detailed with woven rows of stitching. Jerseys will also be available at select team and other retailers. The jerseys have a scarlet seal on the back, mimicking the look on holiday greeting cards.
