Mariota out for 2nd game, Mettenberger to start vs Texans

Quarterback Zach Mettenberger started his second game in a row, as Marcus Mariota was still out nursing a sprained MCL. If they can find their footing like this on a regular basis, a run at the division title can’t be discounted even if the offense continues to be a fitful affair.
