Ellie Goulding announces May tour stop at Allstate Arena

Tickets for the Vancouver show are priced from $32.25 to $62.25 (pllus service charges and fees) and go on sale this Friday (November 6) at 10 am at Live Nation. British electro-pop act Years and Years will open.

The Sands date will come during the month celebrating the venue’s fourth anniversary. She’s a bit more popular in the United Kingdom, but with each song released, she’s becoming more and more well known in America.

The 28-year-old On My Mind hitmaker is a fitness enthusiast and the stunning blonde’s fervour for working out landed her a gig as the face of a Nike activewear campaign in January 2015.

Goulding’s first two albums, “Lights” (2010) and “Halcyon” (2012), topped the UK charts, and did respectable business in the United States.

Ad much as she’d like to keep any and all bruising away from having an impact on her musical career, Goulding says that the sport has had surprising effects on her stage presence.

Goulding’s third studio album, “Delirium”, is slated to be released Friday.

All of this comes as good news because while Goulding is on the lineup for 106.1 KISS FM’s Jingle Ball on December 1 at American Airlines Center, there’s a good chance she’ll probably just play her big hits.

In 2013, the video for “I Need Your Love” was nominated for a MTV Video Music Award for Best Collaboration, and this year “Love Me like You Do” is nominated for Best Female Video.
