A 16-year-old boy [D] was arrested at the address on suspicion of Computer Misuse Act offences. All three have been released on bail.
Two teenagers were previously arrested over the cyber-attack. The 16-year-old has been bailed to a date yet to be confirmed while the 15-year-old will answer bail in November.
Prior to this latest development, men from Northern Ireland, London and Staffordshire were apprehended in relation to the crime.
The October cyber attack was the third such incident for TalkTalk over the past year, drawing questions about its security practices.
He remained in custody at a local police station as searches continued at the property where he was detained.
Detectives continue to investigative and have launched a joint investigation with the PSNI’s Cyber Crime Centre (CCC) and the NCA.
The telecoms giant has since said the data hacked was “significantly less than originally suspected” with fewer than 21,000 unique bank account numbers and sort codes accessed.
TalkTalk shocked customers last month when the broadband, TV, mobile and fixed-line service provider said it had been hacked, potentially putting the private details of its 4 million customers into the hands of criminals.
