Windows 10 Threshold 2 update expected during November’s Patch Tuesday
Microsoft’s (NASDAQ:MSFT) Windows 10 operating system continues to gain converts at a rapid pace, reaching almost 8% market share worldwide after just three months on sale.

The Redmond-based software giant has updated their Windows Lifecycle Fact Sheet to include October 31, 2016 as the end of sales date for PCs with a previous version of OS.
Windows PC owners loved Windows 7 and hated Windows 8, but soon they will not be able to buy a new computer without Windows 10.
If you want to avoid Windows 10 on your next new PC, you’ve got a deadline. After quite a few teething problems its settled into an extremely stable state these days, and comes with subtle refinements which work as a pretty decent amalgam of the best of versions 7 and 8.
