Mets fan who got World Series champs tattoo has no regrets
The 22-year-old Hackettstown man loves tattoos just as much as he adores his favorite baseball team, the New York Mets.

Instead, he plans to add more years to it – first with nods to the Mets’ past World Series wins (in 1969 and 1986), and then there’s always future winning years to add as they happen.
Davis posted again Sunday night, before the pivotal fifth game in the series: “Still have faith for the mets tonight lets gooo”.
Clearly, he was a little too confident. “But instead, Davis has to live with what might have been but he seems ok with it. Davis says” I’m not like “Oh, my God, get this tattoo off me” at all”.
However, last week before the series started, a fan made a decision to display his confidence on his body, getting a special tattor that read, “WORLD-CHAMPS” and “2015” surrounding a Mets logo.
Davis took a photo of his new body art and sent it to his childhood friend, Kevin Hynson, who in turn tweeted the image out for others to see. “Watching the first pitch while getting a met tattoo”.
“I’m definitely surprised”, he said.

Well, Mets fans… We know the pain of a potential World Series title is permanent. “I think I’ll add the years of when they actually did win the World Series and maybe put an asterisk next to (2015)”.
