Michael Lohan says he came home on October 11th after visiting a water park with his two young kids.

His estranged wife, who married Lohan past year, was in a black lace dress as she left court separately with a member of her legal team. Lohan’s mother rushed to Florida as soon as she could in order to take the children under her wing, and they are now currently under her guardianship.
It seems that Michael Lohan has his hands full where his children are concerned.
And last week Michael Lohan Jr, 27, was arrested in New York for allegedly having a forged government parking permit, and is due in court in December.
Major underwent substance abuse treatment in California over the summer.
Custody was given to Boca Raton resident Lohan’s mother, Marilyn Lohan.
“Kate’s had a major drinking and coke problem for quite a while”, Lohan told Page Six on Tuesday.
