When the doors opened at 8am, the first batch of shoppers rushed into the store grabbing items they wanted.
Models Gigi Hadid, Jourdan Dunn and Kendall Jenner, branded #TheBalmainArmy, were the faces of the collaboration’s campaign and all three have worn pieces to high-profile events over the last few months, accelerating the hype.

To allow as many customers as possible to buy from the Balmain x H&M collection, online purchases are limited to no more than one item per product, such as one size (shoes/garments) or piece (accessories). It looks like the #HMBalmaination mania has started in town as well as early birds eager to get their hands on the upcoming Balmain x H&M collection have set up camp outside the H&M flagship store at Avenue K. And this is important: Should you decide that you want to return something, H&M will only offer a return or exchange until November 8th, with your receipt, in the original form of payment. “We came, (but the queue) is insane”.
