Customers can pick up their hearty dose of comfort food from 7 a.m. until 11 a.m. local time.

That’s a pretty costly way to drive traffic to your restaurants.

The free Crunchwraps will be offered as long as supplies are available and no other purchase is required.

Taco Bell is giving America free breakfast on Thursday, November 5 and we have Kansas City Royals’ center fielder Lorenzo Cain to thank.

The Crunchwrap consist of bacon, scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, crispy hash browns, and creamy chipotle sauce inside a grilled tortilla.

The fast food chain had promised the free eats as part of its #stealabreakfast promotion, on the condition that a player would steal a base during the 2015 Major League Baseball World Series.

In the bottom of the 6th inning of Game 1, Cain stole second base, earning him the adoration of American breakfast eaters everywhere.
