Just hours after the news about Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani’s relationship was confirmed, one of Blake’s buddies was on the CMA red carpet ribbing Shelton about the relationship.

“Gwen and Blake are long-time friends who have very recently started dating”, Stefani’s rep confirmed. They did not elaborate any further, but they did say “recently” to squash any cheating rumors that may have been going around.
Stefani announced her split from Bush rocker Gavin Rossdale in August, and their divorce was finalized in October.
It was also revealed that they had caught a private jet to Tennessee together ahead of the awards ceremony, where Blake was performing.
Last night’s Country Music Awards were chock full of drama, with hosts Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley joking about Ashley Madison and Josh Duggar, as well as Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert’s split, which was awkward because both were in the audience.
Lambert could have been referring to her divorce from Shelton.
The 46-year-old mother of three was, however, still playing it close to the vest on Tuesday when she talked with Ryan Seacrest on his radio show.
“(I) think he’s hot, don’t you?” she said.
A source said: “There is something going on between them and they have spent time together off set”. Miranda Lambert was just completely blindsighted by the news that her ex-husband was dating Gwen Stefani. “I need to see where Blake has stated that”, he said.
Since divorcing Miranda Lambert in July 2015, Blake has lost more than 20 pounds on the “divorce diet”.
Stefani added: “What I will tell you is, I was married for a long time and now I’m not. Justin Timberlake, Chris Stapleton…thank you very much…I’m gonna go home and practice”. News early Wednesday that the country gal “was not surprised to hear of the romance” between her ex and his coworker.
