State public health officials states that there were 78 flu-related deaths confirmed amid people under 65 years old during the 2014-15 influenza season.
Although influenza is a preventable illness, it can be very unsafe to a few people.
For the small percentage of the population who do not qualify for the publicly-funded vaccine, it can be purchased for around $20-25 at a pharmacy.
Common symptoms of the flu include fever, chills, cough, sore throat, muscle aches and fatigue.
There will also be a vaccine specifically for children under three. People who do not intend to get a shot, however, tend to doubt the effectiveness of flu shots.
