I person gored, 2 injured in fast 2nd Pamplona bull-run
The first day (July 7) of the Running of the Bulls at the San Fermin festival has taken place in the northern Spanish city of Pamplona with a total of eleven runners injured. Every year thousands of tourists from Spain and across the world descend on Pamplona to take part in the San Fermin festival.

PAMPLONA, Spain – Thousands of thrill-seekers have dashed alongside fighting bulls in the second bull-run of Pamplona’s San Fermin festival with just one report of injuries. Details of his condition or identity were not immediately released.
American Mike Webster, a 38-year-old occupational therapist from Gainesville, Florida, remains in hospital after being gored in the armpit as he joined the bull run for the 38th time in 11 years. The bulls are then killed by professional matadors in bullfights each afternoon.

In all, 15 people have been reported dead from gorings in Pamplona since 1924.
