HTC puts the boots to Apple(s) in new HTC One A9 commercial
The One M8 (at least the Google Play edition) was supposed to receive the Android Marshmallow update back in late October, nearly at the same time that a few competitors (like LG’s G4) claimed to have already received the Android Marshmallow update. According to AT&T, the latest to be added, the HTC One A9 smartphone will be made available to their consumers starting today, November 6. The stories further intensified after the public began pointing out how identical the design looks like to an Apple iPhone and having a commercial that is also a bit similar to the said company.

Android 6.0 for the M8 GPE has all the same basic features you get on a nexus device like doze mode, granular permissions, and the system UI tuner. It’s proclaiming you should “Be Loud, Be Free, Be Inspired, Be Brilliant”, which is another rip-off on Apple’s “Think Different” advertising slogan, but ironically, HTC wants you to buy what others have described as an “iPhone clone” in your mission to be break free.
The HTC One A9 features a 5-inch display with 1080p resolution, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 dual quad-core processor, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of onboard storage.
However, we are thoroughly disappointed from the hardware of the smartphone, and majority of consumers will definitely agree with us that the most tempting thing about the handset is that it is running Android Marshmallow “out of the box”.

HTC’s launch of the One A9 has caught the attention of many. It comes with a microSD card slot that can support up to 200GB and a fingerprint scanner.
