“He’s a good goalkeeper, there’s no doubt about that”, Tacconi, who made his name during a nine-year playing stint at Juventus in the ’80s, told Gazzetta TV.
“Arsenal is my home”, Szczesny continued.
“I know it would be easier for me to play and say after two months in Rome that I love Rome”.
“I have a lot there and if given the chance I would decide to play for them”. I’m having a great time here, we have a strong team and I believe that together we shall succeed. But I will give 100 per cent in training and in matches for Roma.
The Poland global has conceded eight goals in eight Serie A games so far this season, helping Roma to third place in Serie A – just one point behind leaders Fiorentina and Internazionale.

However, the summer arrival of Chelsea stopper Petr Cech meant the 25-year-old was shunted down the pecking order at The Emirates and when Roma made their approach Arsene Wenger was happy to sanction the deal.
