Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley revived their roles as Country Music Awards hosts for the 2015 show, and to keep things interesting during their monologue, they casually brought up Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert’s split.

“I appreciate it. I needed a bright spot this year”, Lambert said onstage.
The star took to Instagram after the big show, which marked her eight consecutive year as co-host, to show off a hilarious video of herself in a cowboy hat trying to star aboard the pretty aggressive machine whilst waving a plastic pistol in the air.

The Country Music Association Awards or CMAs is a yearly affair that honors those who have outstanding achievements in the country music industry.
The camera then turned to Miss Piggy and Kermit sitting in the audience, as the Muppets couple also split over the summer.
“Of course we can’t forget the breakup that really rocked our world”. “On a completely unrelated topic: Howdy Blake!” joked Paisley. Church, who announced he released a surprise album called “Mr. Misunderstood” on Wednesday, is nominated for the top prize, pitting him against Garth Brooks, Lambert, Chesney and last year’s victor, Luke Bryan. “I’m not going to take it lightly …I got to thank my wife again, she always pushes me to be the best I can be …”
The two then sang a single about Ashley Madison to the tune of “Your Cheatin’ Heart”, ending the tune with the lyrics, “Your cheatin’ site will tell on you, Josh Duggar!”. “Thank you so much for the love”.
Carrie Underwood stepped onto the red carpet for her first appearance on the night of Wednesday at the Brookstone Arena in Nashville, Tenn. There’s gotta be one about me and Miranda. “Blake was ten years of her life, it’s a big deal”. Most of the singers who received awards performed – including Stapleton, who sang a duet with pop singer Justin Timberlake. Only one more day until November 4, when the 49th annual CMA Awards air live at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
