“Nobody can run the ball on the Tide, and no one’s slowed down Derrick Henry anytime recently”. Where Fournette only averaged 1.6 yards/carry, Henry averaged 5.5. He was 28 of 42 for 297 yards and a TD pass not to mention 16 carries for 107 yards.
The Crimson Tide dominated the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball and transformed Fournette, a unanimous Heisman frontrunner and a back many were led to believe wasn’t human, into a liability.
His 210 rushing yards are the second highest of his career, and Henry did it against the then-No. Coleman came out against Kansas State and posted his best game in terms of yardage.

Typically the strength of the LSU defense, the Tigers’ secondary has struggled at times in 2015. It’s hard to imagine that anyone will take Clemson’s spot this week, since the No. 1 team remains undefeated after beating a ranked team, and the No. 2 ranked team suffered their first loss.
The Tide and Tigers clearly have the best resumes – it took me just a few seconds to slot them into the No. 1 and 2 holes.
