OSU was a 2 point favorite against Texas Tech and the total was 77.5. His status for the second half is unknown at this time.
Through two quarters, Oklahoma State ran 30 plays and had 28 points.
Oklahoma State, though, has home games against Baylor and Oklahoma left, so even if the Pokes are behind Notre Dame in Tuesday’s rankings, it may not matter.
There is room for teams to move up, of course. The teams each had over 642 total yards, and Texas Tech had three of the four turnovers in the game.

TCU is outscoring teams 49-25 this season. This is easily Nick Saban’s best defense since the historical outfit that carried Alabama to the 2011 national title. Frogs by a touchdown on more. Opponents are 21/28 with 16 touchdowns. The two have also combined for all three Wildcat interceptions this year, including two by Lee against TCU.
Heisman Trophy candidate and TCU quarterback Trevone Boykin will be looking to exploit the OK State defense that has been up and down all season.

The Cheney, Kansas, product has a pair of 100-yard games this year as he leads the team with 411 yards and eight touchdowns.
Receiver David Glidden has 38 catches for 628 yards and 3 touchdowns. Brandon Sheperd, Jeremy Seaton, Jhajuan Seales, and Austin Hayes will also get a few catches.
Auburn is second on the list by doing so six-straight seasons, while Northern IL and Florida are tied for third with five apiece.

TCU will be coming off a fairly easy non-conference schedule, as they will play only two Power 5 teams before the Big 12 opener in Stillwater, Oklahoma, on January 2. Watch, they’ll do it again to Baylor at home, too – and then lose to Oklahoma. I’m getting distracted. But I’m not done with you, polls. We all knew that this situation would play itself out as the season progressed, but at 8-0 a team in a major conference deserved a sniff at the top 10 for sure.
