The long time NBC TODAY show anchor tweeted about his flat tire just outside of the town of St. Regis shortly after 9:30 am.

The Hjemkomst Center appearance will count as Roker’s stop in Minnesota for his 50-state “Rokerthon”, his attempt to report local weather from all 50 states in seven days.

That mission is taking him to Northwest Tennessee Tuesday. He will make his way across the country using planes, trains, and automobiles to support Feeding America, an organization that fights to combat hunger in the United States. The iconic weatherman is going to hit all 50 states – and report from them in under a week.

Tuesday, he’ll go live at Discovery Park of America in Union City.

Previous year Roker did a weather forecast for 34-hours straight which was a record.

Rokerthon kicked off in Hawaii on November 6 and will wrap up November 13 in Rockefeller Plaza in NY. Attendees are encouraged to arrive between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m.
