On Monday, it was also reported that the pair could head for a custody battle as was evident from their legal papers that were filed nearly simultaneously by them. Jennifer is also seeking spousal support from Cat.
Unfortunately, it seems this split is not an amicable one as both women filed for divorce on the same day – with each parent requesting custody of their four children. However, despite the divorce, Cat and Jennifer have shared that they are still committed to parenting their four sons. The 44-year-old Jennifer carried the first three – Zoran, 11, Caje, 8, and Nash, 6 – and Cat carried the fourth, six-year-old Thatcher, who was born three months after Nash. “So she gave birth to Caje, but he’s my biological child”.
‘We are forever parents to our boys and are jointly committed to raising them in a peaceful, nurturing and healthy environment’.
While the author and professional chef has been demanding for the kids’ joint custody, Jennifer Cora wants full custody of their sons.
According to Us Weekly, Cora released a statement as well, saying, “I deeply regret my decision to drive that evening after my designated driver became unavailable”.
“As a same-sex couple, we had to go back and legally adopt them”, Cat told People in 2010. I carried Nash, but he’s Jennifer’s biological child.

‘I learned a very important lesson from this experience and take full accountability for my actions’.
