Veteran’s Day parade to honor local vets

– American Legion Post 26 will host its annual Veterans Day Ceremony in Harmon Park at 11:00 a.m. Ceremony will follow at noon.

Northampton: Parade steps off at 11:00 A.M. from the former Northampton Honda/Blyda Ford lot on King Street. It’s expected to start around 11 a.m. It will travel along 6th Street until it turns left on Broadway and will stop at Broadway and 17th Street. The parade begins at 10:45 A.M. from the Bondsville Fire Department, marching to Bondsville Grammar School for a ceremony.

Admission to the Oregon Zoo will be free for military veterans and active military personnel, as well as family members who accompany them to the zoo on Wednesday, November 11.
