Six parties interested in buying Cellino’s stake in Leeds
“Steve Parkin is a nice man, he loves Leeds”, Cellino said. The Facebook group, “In Massimo We Trust” has rallied thousands of fans and has expressed frustration at all the bad press surrounding the Italian owner.

Since Cellino took over at Leeds in April 2014, the club has seen previous managers Brian McDermott, Dave Hockaday, Darko Milanic, Neil Redfearn and Uwe Rösler leave their positions, but Evans is not anxious about his future after he was appointed in October.
Earlier this week, Nicola Cortese, the mastermind behind Southampton FC’s rise from League One to the Premier League, was reported to be eyeing a deal for Leeds United.
Massimo Cellino has been no stranger to controversy this season.
“I’ve enjoyed working with him”.
However, things could be looking up with Sky Sports claiming that Cellino has six interested parties, all of whom are keen on buying the club.
Leeds United head coach Steve Evans has revealed that within days of taking over at the club he was on the phone with West Brom boss Tony Pulis over a potential loan.
Cellini told Sky Sports News that one of the interested parties is a local businessman who has attempted to buy Leeds before.

“Many people call me. He gets on with the business of the business side, other than the grass with the football club, and I get on with the team”.
