And based on the information shared by Akron Beacon Journal, no one among the passengers survived, around nine people are feared dead. An undetermined number of people in the plane were killed, but everybody on the ground was safe.

Investigators also reviewed surveillance video from a construction company that showed the plane coming in along the tops of trees and banking to the left before it crashed and exploded into flames and a cloud of black smoke, said Bella Dinh-Zarr, vice chairman of the NTSB. He said he had talked to investigators and was trying to contact families of the victims. On Tuesday, they flew from Cincinnati to Dayton, before the ill-fated flight to Akron. The jet was on the second leg of a charter that began on Monday, Lewkowicz said, noting that there was no indication before the crash that anything was wrong. And commenting on the possibility that the plane may have run into technical problem while on air, the owner of the plane stated, “It was a perfectly well-maintained aircraft with no squawks”.
The flight was chartered by Execuflight, a Florida company.
The plane was on its final approach to Akron Fulton global Airport when it crashed into a building about 3 p.m. ET.
The crash occurred about 2:13 pm, according to Dayton global Airport spokeswoman Linda Hughes.
The front of the apartment building was destroyed. The wreckage strewn all over the place also resulted to the quick spread of the fire nearby. “However, we are dealing with … occupants right now that are deceased at this time and it’s unfortunate”.
The owner of the apartment building was not immediately available to comment.
As fire and police crews were on the scene Tuesday afternoon, not far from Ellet High School, onlookers tried to get a closer look. A few were crying and embracing.
It could take days to recover and identify the victims, Haymaker said. Medical Examiner Lisa Kohler said, ‘We are going to bring a specialist in with us tomorrow. It will be a very methodical recovery process.
