For a player who has played alongside and against so many greats of the game, this was always going to be a hard task, but Pique narrowed down the options and settled on this side.

Stones has emerged as one of England’s most highly-rated prospects since moving to Goodison Park from Barnsley two years ago. He will have a good career.
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph about what qualities a modern-day centre-half needs to have, the Barcelona defender singled out 21-year-old Stones as one of the exciting defenders of the new generation.
The Barcelona centre-back, meanwhile, has claimed that he enjoyed his days in the Premier League but the return to the Nou Camp in 2008 was like a dream come true.
“So the defenders start to generate and create the chances”. When I was there [at United] he was really young and I was really young too and he helped me a lot. He’s young and alongside him they [England] probably need one who is more experienced.
Pique joins Stones and Sergio Ramos in a back three which protects Manchester United’s David De Gea in goal.
Barcelona’s golden trio unsurprisingly make Pique’s fantasy dream team. He involved me in the team, helped me to learn English. There were no major surprises sprung by the defender as the usual suspects made in into his team. To have Messi, Neymar and Suarez up-front.
The Spanish footballer said that both his team and Real Madrid can not emulate their success in La Liga if both were given the opportunity to compete in England.
“There is also Pogba, Cristiano Ronaldo. It is the best in the world”.
