‘You’re damn right’ Alabama’s Derrick Henry is nation’s top running back, QB
Last week the total focus of the Alabama defense was on No. 7, this week it’ll be on No. 15.

Week 10 of the 2015 College Football season could not have gone better for the Alabama Crimson Tide.
If you’d asked someone who was going to win the Heisman Trophy heading into week 10, just about everyone would have answered, “Leonard Fournette”. If the Tigers are to make the conference championship game in Atlanta, they must win out and hope that Alabama stumbles somewhere in conference play (perhaps against Mississippi State this weekend?).
The 6-foot-2, 230-pound Prescott, is completing 66.7 percent of his passes and throwing for an average of 261 yards per game.
And to think, just a few days ago Alabama’s ranking was considered controversial.
After Arkansas, LSU plays at Ole Miss (7-3, 4-2) on November 21 in a 2:30 p.m. CBS game announced Monday, and it closes the regular season at home against Texas A&M on November 28. They fell to higher ranked Clemson in a stunning 13-23 final score in the ACC yesterday.
Around the same time in Columbus, Ohio, Elliott was notching another 100-yard game under his belt. I believe that would have kept the Alabama defense a little more honest. Without a “W” over a top-10 team (and please don’t say Iowa, because they’re not a top-10 team), the Selection Committee isn’t going to elevate the Buckeyes to the top spot.
This will be a growing process for Harris and the offense. He can throw a attractive deep ball, but he needs to work on short game passing. I’ve only teased about being able to draft back after we send so many, we should get the opportunity to draft back.
IMPACT PERFORMER: Alabama DL A’Shawn Robinson: While running back Derrick Henry garnered much of the attention after the Tide’s victory over LSU, Robinson also had a great performance. The Crimson Tide dominated LSU behind Henry’s 200-yard, three-touchdown performance. However, Henry is a beast at 6 foot 3 inches tall and 245 pounds.
For the most part, the defense did a decent job against Alabama quarterback Jake Coker.
The Tide can turn at any moment, and if I were to lean in any direction it would likely be to consider the OVER.
Here I am once again talking about special teams. Alabama marched down the field in a matter of two minutes and got a field goal. But if we know anything, it’s that in college football, when you feel safe, that’s when you’re most vulnerable. LSU wasn’t the only team in the top 10 to suffer a huge loss. If that isn’t pouring salt in a deep wound, then I don’t know what is.
He’s been at his best in the big games so far, averaging 173.6 yards against the team’s five ranked opponents.
“I really can’t think the “what ifs” think”.
The Bulldogs have two X-factors in this game. LSU got their doors blown off, as you can tell by the 434-182 yardage margin. If they beat ASU this week – something they haven’t done since 2001 – they can clinch bowl eligibility next weekend at lowly OSU.
Well, it has come out now that LSU has reportedly launched an investigation into whether a short-lived website built around Fournette’s catchphrase, BUGA Nation, constituted an NCAA violation.

Miles said he understands LSU fans’ frustration and disappointment after another loss to the Tide, but added, “Nobody is more hurt than the guys who wear the purple and gold”. And a hook-and-ladder on fourth-and-25 in overtime aided Arkansas’ upset over Ole Miss.
