Hillary Clinton under fire for not correcting ‘strangle’ joke about Carly Fiorina

43% would enthusiastically back Clinton if she becomes the nominee, compared to 35% who say that about Sanders.

That’s classy. That is most definitely classy. I don’t think there’s any ambiguity about that, and I give her points also for not blaming Secretary Clinton but talking about the media because I think her view is what the guy said is just kind of metaphorical and not a problem.

Although Senator Bernie Sanders has caucused with the Democrats, he is still seen as an outsider-one free of the hierarchy and drama within the party itself.

“She’s got everything, but it’s her character that I love”, Clark told more than two dozen gathered at the UAW 838 Hall in Waterloo. At one point in the undercard debate, Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal summed up the theme: “Look, we all agree Hillary Clinton is bad”.

Bernie Sanders said Tuesday he’s not focusing on his upcoming Democratic primary debate this weekend, but instead on backing government workers demanding a $15-an-hour wage. But she has opposed the USA entering a larger ground war in the Middle East to combat the rise of Islamic militants.

But then she told the more than 100 people gathered at a veterans’ roundtable that “there is a lot more that needs to be done to transform the Veterans Health Administration from just a provider of services into a truly integrated healthcare system”. We’d be hearing about misogyny and violence against women from every major news outlet for the next decade.

Ben Carson, asked about media scrutiny of his personal history, shifted the question to Clinton, recalling the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi seizing on what Republicans say are inconsistencies to Clinton’s public and private responses to the attack in 2012 revealed during a congressional hearing last month.

Later, when the candidates discussed entitlement reform, Sanders took aim at Republican front-runner and billionaire Donald Trump: “Right now, Trump pays the same amount of money into Social Security as someone who makes $118,500 a year”. Hillary Clinton laid out her policy for veterans at a VFW in Derry, New Hampshire.

Bush, especially, targeted the former secretary of state, saying twice in quick succession that Clinton “wants to double down” on Dodd-Frank and banking regulation, and later said she wanted to suppress the energy sector.
