UFC Champion Ronda Rousey Picks Bernie Sanders for President

Ronda Rousey, the champion of the Ultimate Fight Championship, has publicly announced her support of Bernie Sanders in his efforts to gain the Democratic nomination for the 2016 presidential election.

“I’m voting for Bernie Sanders, because he doesn’t take any corporate money”, said Rousey. I wouldn’t have taken the fight if I didn’t think I was ready or didn’t believe I could win.

Ronda Rousey, the UFC superstar, recently revealed that she’s endorsing Sen. Voting for a third party appears to be an important method for the athlete, as she feels the more people vote for them, the more other parties such as the Republicans and Democrats would lean to take them seriously. The second she runs out of room to move, Ronda will bull rush in, and that never results in a good time for Rousey’s opponents. Because that’s the fanfic of my dreams. In fact, I think it’s time we started a petition to get Ronda Rousey in the next Star Wars film.

“If [Sanders] doesn’t win against Hillary, then I’ll probably vote for a third party again”.

Rousey is down with that message, but, like self-proclaimed democratic socialist Sanders, she is giving a major party a chance. And most importantly, she doesn’t lose.

“I’ve been doing three title fights back to back in the last nine months, and while I’m in camp I’m pretty much all cut off from the Hollywood world”, Rousey said. Mostly I went in to vote for all the state and local things.

“There’s a reason why I’m in this fight”, Holm said on a recent conference call. At any point she could say: “Eff this, I’m just going to put you in an armbar!” But still, I wouldn’t want to mess with her! She said she wouldn’t trust the guy running the country.

Bleacher Report mentioned that Rousey is set to defend her undefeated record versus Holm at UFC 193 on November 15 in Melbourne, Australia. She’s a multiple-time boxing champion, and when she transitioned to MMA, her striking expanded, as she notched several head kick KOs on the regional circuit.
