Fallout 4 – The Two Voices Behind The Players

It’s unclear whether Bethesda wants to first test all coming updates using small numbers of PC gamers before delivering them to the wider community and those on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.

Gamers across the globe will be spending their day battling in a post-apocalyptic Boston following today’s highly anticipated “Fallout 4″ release – an offering one local analyst expects to compete for Game of the Year and rake in an “astronomical” amount of money. Fallout 4 will undoubtedly be a great game, but it will interesting to see which one emerges at the top after this excellent year for video games.

With the sheer size of the game, you’ll surely want to take your time.

Exhausted of your companion succumbing to the dangers of the wasteland of Fallout 4?

Open-world Bethesda games like Fallout and The Elder Scrolls have a few of the best-looking environments in video games, but the character models tend to be stiff and unconvincing.

You travel the Commonwealth bartering for goods – especially bottlecaps (the coin of the realm), lock picking and hacking computer terminals and killing foes.

Dedicated Fallout fans have a general idea of what lies beyond the walls of the Vault, but the wasteland has changed greatly since the last installment.

The game’s depth in terms of customisation is also widely lauded as it provides players with countless hours of gathering and crafting. The problem is not limited to Amazon however, as many users on reddit have also voiced their frustrations about similar problems occurring at Target, and GameStop. It’s also refreshingly different from the Vault experience in something like Fallout 3, though the process of growing up in that game with a little help from Liam Neeson remains a brilliant way to open a game. The systems were filled with loose ends, rarely reinforcing any other aspect of the main game.

The Bad: The story of “Fallout 4” starts strong but weakens quickly. Early on the game does not hold your hand; rather it assumes that you understand how the world works. Modifying weapons requires parts, while so does building up your settlements in the base-building aspect of the game. Hell, there’s even a Junk Gun that shoots random stuff you pick up.

This wide-eyed wonder carries with you for much of the game as you delve into numerous caves, subterranean strongholds and derelict subway stations.

However, when compared to the previous titles from Bethesda, “Fallout 4” is actually quite massive in the HDD aspect. But while there is room for Fallout 4 to disappoint me in the future, it hasn’t done so yet.
