Al Gore Shunning Hillary Clinton Campaign – at Least for Now
Former U.S. Vice President Al Gore is hosting a 24-hour live webcast from the foot of the Eiffel Tower to drum up attention for this month’s global climate summit in Paris.

He said corporate action in the United States has signaled a willingness by the private sector to take climate change seriously.
“The Queensland Government is committed to tackling the climate crisis, which threatens one of our natural wonders of the world – the Great Barrier Reef, through global warming, acidifying oceans and an increased threat from destructive storms'”.
World leaders will meet in Paris starting on November 30 to work toward a deal cutting carbon emissions around the globe.
The event is produced by The Climate Reality Project, a nonprofit centered on education and advocacy surrounding climate change, and Live Earth, a concert event that focuses on environmental awareness.
Former Vice President Al Gore declined to endorse former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, even though he served eight years as her husband’s No. 2, People magazine reported. “We want the world’s leaders to know the world is watching, and it’s time for them to act”.
Since his losing campaign, where he won the popular vote but lost the Electoral College after a prolonged contest in Florida, Gore became a climate crusader, warning about the evils of global warming. Former President Clinton reportedly argued that Gore didn’t campaign enough on the Clinton record.
Dr Miles said The Climate Reality Project’s partnership with Live Earth for the fifth-annual 24 Hours of Reality broadcast would give the program an unprecedented platform to maximise its global reach.

“The media landscape is cluttered, people’s lives are busy and the way people access information and connect with each other varies from person to person”, Live Earth founder Kevin Wall said.
