Younus Khan announces retirement from ODIs
After openers Jason Roy and Alex Hales as well as Joe Root fell cheaply, Morgan amassed his ninth score in excess of 50 this calendar year – no England captain has scored more – while Taylor also went past the milestone with two straight sixes.

Mohammad Irfan rocked England with a wicket off the second ball of the game on his way to figures of 3 for 35 in his 10 overs.
PakistanShoaib Malik, Younis Khan, Misbah-ul-Haq, Mohammad Hafeez, Sarfraz Ahmed, Wahab Riaz, Asad Shafiq, Azhar Ali, Yasir Shah, Rahat Ali, Zulfiqar Babar.
But when they were dismissed for 76 and 60 respectively, the wheels came off for the tourists as Pakistan removed five wickets for just 33 runs.
Abu Dhabi: Pakistan batsman Younis Khan has announced his retirement from one-day cricket, saying the first day-night worldwide against England in Abu Dhabi yesterday will be his last match.
Former leg-spin wizard, Abdul Qadir, who had urged Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to include Younis Khan in ODI squad for the series against England, said that the decision was as surprising to him as to all others.
A partnership of 133 in 27 overs with captain Eoin Morgan brought England back into contention.
“We were looking at a minimum of 250 but getting there obviously wasn’t easy on this type of wicket”.
England must start focusing on winning games against Pakistan, rather than small improvements, insists assistant coach Paul Farbrace.
Pakistan chased down the target in 43.3 overs for the loss of 4 wickets.
“So it is up to the guys that are here to show they deserve to be in the side and to stay in the side for the long term and take the opportunities but win at the same time”. “We want to win it for him and I am happy to have contributed in this win”.
Younus finished his ODI career with 7,249 runs in 265 matches. Younis Khan was instrumental in Pakistan’s recent Test series victory over England in Abu Dhabi, when he scored impressively throughout the series and made a couple of centuries.
In a statement issued to the media Younis said that it was never easy for a cricketer to decide when to retire after 15 years in worldwide cricket.

The remaining matches will be played in Sharjah (November 17) and Dubai (November 20), ahead of a three-match Twenty20 series.
