Hales hits maiden ODI century in series-levelling England win

Hales then added another 114 for the second wicket with Root before his innings ended on 109.
Willey and Woakes triggered the collapse and returned a career-best 3-25 and 4-33 respectively.
For Pakistan, the avoidance of any unwanted new margins-of-defeat records – thanks to a seventh-wicket stand of 65 between Sarfraz and Anwar Ali – was as good as the evening got.
