How to watch the Democrats duke it out online

CBS News political corespondent, Major Garrett, will host the pre and post-debate coverage.

Clinton, a former first lady, US senator and secretary of State, emerged from the debate clearly in command in the race.

CBS News is changing its game plan for Saturday’s Democratic primary debate in the aftermath of the Paris terror attacks.

Hillary Clinton will nearly certainly remain at the center of the debate, and the dynamic between her and Bernie Sanders, in particular, will be closely scrutinized.

Political pundits said they see this is a chance for Clinton to separate herself, but Garrett told KCCI he thinks O’Malley and Sanders have an opportunity to say something new and relevant on national security. Six debates are scheduled altogether, including one in Manchester in late December. Sunday, “Face the Nation” will bring you the morning-after analysis from the debate stage at Drake University, along with a look at the increasingly competitive Republican contest. It will air from 9pm to 11pm ET on the CBS Television Network.

Since CBS is a free broadcast station anyone should be able to tune-in to their local CBS affilate and watch the 2nd Democratic debate. For those that are watching the debate on their non-connected TVs, CBSN is a good “second screen” option to get a few more information about what the candidates will be talking about. It will also be available on the CBS News mobile app.

CBS News producers will sort through tweets sent with the hashtag #DemDebate. Perhaps a new record will be set this weekend with the second Democratic debate.
