The reports said they were on their way to celebrate the Jewish Sabbath when they were attacked.

Azzam Shalaldeh was being treated at the hospital for gunshot wounds, which the military said were sustained when the Israeli he stabbed last month shot him.

At least one other person, a teenager, was wounded in the same attack, Bin said. He had been shot in the head, the upper abdomen and the hand.

“When Mahdi was martyred, Fatah came and said he is one of us”.

The Israeli military confirmed the raid and capturing and stated it was carried out to detain Azzam al-Shalalda, 22, over a knife assault on an Israeli settler two weeks in the past within the West Bank.

But Kifah Al Sharif, a member of the hospital’s board of directors, and hospital staffers said he was shot for no reason when he emerged from a bathroom. Troops repelled an attempt by militants to retake the town of Gwoza, which Boko Haram had named the capital of its self-styled caliphate previous year, killing seven fighters, a military spokesman, said in an emailed statement.

While al-Sharawi’s family said their mother was on her way to lunch at a relative’s home, Amnesty stated that even if she had planned to carry out an attack, “the imminent danger had passed and accordingly … the use of lethal force was unlawful”.

It alleged the suspect they arrested was behind an October 25 stabbing that wounded an Israeli near the Mezad settlement around Hebron.

A cousin, Abdallah, who was within the rest room, was shot lifeless when he all of a sudden re-entered the room, Shawar stated.

However, he said Azzam needed to remain in hospital as “some wounds were still in the healing phase”.

Shalaldeh’s cousin was also killed in a raid on the al-Ahli hospital by Israeli forces on Thursday. This should be a safe place. Amid nearly 60 raids into Palestinian communities, Israel arrested 118 Palestinians, including more than two dozen children. He added that an Islamic Red Crescent refused to treat the dying Jewish victims, “as if they were dogs and not people”.

Hebron is the epicenter of tension in the current wave of violence between the Palestinians and Israelis that is ongoing for the second month. These deaths brought to 13 the number of Israelis killed since the start of October.

The Israeli Foreign Ministry said the European Union has taken an “exceptional and discriminatory step” for “political reasons”, while Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the European Union should be “ashamed”, and accused the bloc of punishing “the side that is being attacked by terrorism”.

According to the reporters, several people had been attacked and injured by a Palestinian.

In response, Israeli law enforcement shot and killed almost 80 Palestinians, majority suspected attackers. They were killed in a drive-by shooting in the West Bank.
