It looks like Mindy Mann, the nanny who supposedly had an affair with Gavin Rossdale, was a Gwen Stefani wannabe. He reportedly first admitted flirting with the nanny and later confessed to a three-year illicit relationship with her, leading to the unexpected divorce of him and Gwen.

Though a few see Gwen and Blake’s relationship as a bit of a whirlwind, our source says it was a longtime coming. “They all told her they’d support her if she needed to take a few time off after the news hit about Gavin’s affair, but Gwen wouldn’t dream of it – she’s way too tough to let this break her. Plus, right now, the show is actually a huge form of therapy for her. She loves doing it and being with her TV family”.
“Gavin is unbelievable father who only cares about his kids and is determined to protect them and shield them from all of this”, a source close to the singer told ET on Wednesday.
Thankfully it wasn’t Stefani or one of the kids who stumbled across the material on the “family iPad” rather another nanny who then alerted Gwen.
The latest issue of Us Weekly magazine claims that Miss Mann was sacked despite 50-year-old Rossdale, the frontman of British rock band Bush, insisting the exchange was simply “flirtation”. The couple split in August after 13 years of marriage with seemingly no explanation as to why they chose to go their separate ways.
