“My family and I were watching the pregame player warm ups”. We were excited to see Aaron and Cam on the field. We were shocked. When Cam ran up, we thought he was going to talk to us, or even sign our banner. Dobs is retired Army, but works at Fort Bragg, running the site’s Green Beret operations course.

“It’s a frustrating game [at times]”, he said, per ESPN. They took all our information.

Dobs said he doesn’t have any ill feelings toward Newton. “This is a professional football player?” A few Panthers may still try to play the “no one respects us” card, but that’s no longer true about their quarterback.

We all make mistakes. Newton is said to be sending a few signed swag to the owner of the banner and a message from the Panthers organization that they are working on getting a replacement.

“The sign was dangling…either somebody has to take it off or I take it off”, Newton said. “Either somebody was going to take it off, or I take it off”. Let us know in the comment box below. You’re not going to sell a Whopper at McDonald’s.

It’s much more interesting than talking about how the Panthers are 8-0*, and with a two-game lead plus the tiebreaker over the Packers, are firmly in the driver’s seat for homefield advantage in the NFC.

The 26-year-old Newton is having a career year for the 8-0 Panthers.

During a post-game press conference, Newton explained his behavior.

Green Bay was very bad in the first half last week before rallying late to make a game out of it. This team needs to bounce back in a big way this week against a terrible Detroit team.

“It’s just more of a respect to the stadium”, Newton said.
