German national team back in Paris hotel after bomb scare
German national team has been forced to evacuate their team hotel on Friday morning over a suspected bomb threat, The Independent reports.

According to German newspaper Express (via Stephan Uersfeld of ESPN FC), the hotel was evacuated at 9 a.m. local time, after which sniffer dogs were used in “searching the surrounding area”.
“The investigations into the anonymous bomb threat continue”.
French police cars are parked outside the Molitor Hotel, where the Germany football team is staying, after a bomb alert from an anonymous caller.
The DFB has announced Germany have returned to their hotel after a previous evacuation following a bomb threat. “Management took all precautions to ensure the safety of its guests and staff and are cooperating with the authorities”.
The German national team left the hotel on two coaches and it is unclear as to when they might be able to return. However it hasn’t been revealed if any suspicious packages or explosives were found during this search.
The bomb scare doesn’t seem to have fazed the German players, with midfielder Sami Khedira posting on Instagram: “Bomb threat for the hotel”.

The manager conceded that the preparations for Friday night’s friendly at the Stade du France were “a little disrupted”. French President Francois Hollande was at the match and he had to evacuated from the stadium. ‘The game and the goals move into the background on a day like this.
