Klopp: We have to learn from this
The Reds suffered their first loss under Jürgen Klopp with goals from Yannick Bolasie and Scott Dann giving Palace the points either side of Philippe Coutinho’s first-half equaliser.

“I’m satisfied with a few moments but my problem is that you have to play for 95 minutes”.
“If we can keep performing like that more consistently, we will show what a good team we are”.
Jurgen Klopp lost his first match as Liverpool manager on Sunday, when Crystal Palace inflicted a 2-1 defeat on the home side at Anfield, but the Reds’ problems were compounded as Sakho picked up a knee injury during the encounter.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has urged his players to focus for the full 90 minutes after suffering his first defeat since taking over from Brendan Rodgers. “I would prefer to lose 4-1 and keep him in the team”, Klopp said. “Twelve minutes to go (including injury time), and I saw many people leaving the stadium”, he said. “We have to learn that we are responsible and with 82 minutes gone, nobody can leave the stadium”. Then we woke up again but couldn’t make a goal.
Liverpool have yet to win a game after playing a Europa League, but Klopp insisted that was no excuse for their under-par display.
“I’m just the same as everyone else at the club or Kopite who wants to see us back at the top and bringing the Premier League back to Liverpool”.
“We didn’t score in the period early in the game, we scored right at the end of it and that was our mistake really, because we backed off at that point and for 15, 20 minutes, we let Liverpool dominate us”.
“I really think he has been underestimated throughout his career and I wouldn’t have said that until I managed him”, he added. Of course we could do more.

Giroud also went close to scoring a victor, flashing a half-volley over the bar and testing Hugo Lloris with a header, and Wenger said the France worldwide was left feeling “very angry” about his performance.
