Walmart is gearing up to smooth-running its Black Friday sale weekend for this year, making it simpler and understandable for its customers.

Holiday shopping in general: The lowest prices across all product categories will be found on Thanksgiving Day, November 26. Its brick-and-mortar stores will open at 6 p.m. Thanksgiving Day. Its holiday shopping deals are available on its website. But the retailer doesn’t seem fazed, as it has just released advertisements for its Black Friday 2015 deals.

Ding-dong, Black Friday is dead.

There’s no need to wait until Cyber Monday or Black Friday to score digital deals – retailers are putting their sales online as early as Thanksgiving, the Wednesday before, or even the start of the week. The Black Friday is the day which comes just after Thanksgiving Day in America.

“There are now hangers for clothing where people can push on the hangar if they like or dislike and then as other people come thru they see how many likes this outfit would have”, said Donahue.

The company also said it expects profit to fall as much as 12 percent in its next fiscal year as spending on e-commerce operations and higher wages squeeze the bottom line.

While Walmart strategizes with a revamped Black Friday doorbusters 2015, Target will be beefing up its moves as well.

While a few retailers have been downplaying Black Friday – outdoor-gear seller Recreational Equipment Inc.is closing that day – the event remains one of the busiest shopping days of the year.

“Our members have told us that the holidays leave them feeling time-strapped”. So now, not only can you avoid the crowds, you can stay warm in your PJs and still get all your Black Friday shopping done, right from your couch! The holiday shopping season is critical to retailers, accounting for about 20 percent of annual retail sales. Is Black Friday as an idea, as a retail concept, is it actually having a net negative impact on the retailers who participate so thoroughly in it?
