WFAA Anchor Questions Greg Hardy’s ‘Innocent’ Twitter Bio

But not Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, who remains squarely in support of Hardy on and off the field.

Hall of Famer and former NY Giant Lawrence Taylor said Sunday the Cowboys did right by giving Greg Hardy another chance and Hardy might have been ‘screwed’.

According to the Canton Repository, Jones, on his radio show, stated that the Cowboys would not select their future franchise quarterback in the 2016 NFL Draft unless “a great one” like Ben Roethlisberger or Johnny Manziel falls to the team. “I think that’s always been the line for Jerry Jones, is he’s one to pretty much accept everything as long as a guy’s productive”.

Hansen questioned Hardy’s “Innocent until proven guilty” tweet, saying in part, “I will tell you this: If I’m ever accused of hitting a woman and I did not do it… and a few prosecutor says I paid her to keep quiet… and I didn’t do that, either… trust me on this, we will be back in court”. Romo is expected to return next week, but Dallas will need to get their house in order if they truly want to contend this season. There might not be a more vilified player in the National Football League now, and few teams willing to make the move Jones did to sign him. “Obviously, [Carolina owner] Jerry Richardson isn’t like that”, Aikman said”. They could certainly use Hardy in Carolina even though they’re undefeated. Still, Roger Goodell suspended Hardy for 10 games, but on July 10 arbitrator Harold Henderson knocked down the suspension to four games.
